Selling lvl 95 w/ 99 Fletching

This is my old main, I quit using it awhile back because it got it's forum moderator status revoked (yes, it used to be a runescape forum moderator). It has a very good set of stats, as pictured below.

Right now I am asking for 100 dollars via PayPal main reason being I spent alot of time on this account, and I don't want to see it go for nothing. I may lower the price if I get no offers.
