Is there some sort of moneygram scam i am not aware of? Cause so far people have been willing to pay high with it they just won't let me pick up the money before i give them the GP.

You can easily chargeback a MG anytime before the buyer picks it up. The same goes for WU. Until you pick a WU / MG up, the customer can still reclaim the money. (just to answer michael's question)
