Alright, I made an account to try to get it Pmod, as my main is muted. Every day I leveled up stats to make it seem like a skiller. After about a month of reporting my friends on accounts THEY made, I got it. And nty, not gonna fuck everyone up. =]

It's level 4 lol. Work on it some so it doesn't appear fishy. Go to a busy F2P world and report people swearing in lumbridge. Report autoers ONLY after they don't talk at all. Advertisements are an okay.
