You clearly have no proof of ban evasion. You are basing this on no evidence. Let's say bob murders ned. Bob moves to europe and changes his identity. The police go to the cime seen but there is no evidence. The police think, "on its obviously bob because he went to Europe after ned was killed. See? You are basing this on nothing. Bob remains perfectly innocent unless the police can find actual evidence
