Scammed on account training

ok i was scammed by a guy whose msn is [email protected], his sythe display name is I_D3str0y3r_I

he was going to train my account pea kay3r from 59-70 ranged for 1m. I was going to pay him using 1/4 increments, so i left 250k on the account for him to get started, there were about 350k of ranging supplies on the account. When i signed on my account to see how he was doing i saw this, my account was still 59 ranged and had gained 30 def lvls.

after he jacked me i messaged him on msn heres the conversation where he admited to jacking me

i didn't get his ip, because i thought he would be trustworthy and had plenty of vouches

 

so is anybody gonna reply or anything?

How can I be sure that's really I_Destroyer_I or whatever's MSN?

 

it confirmed on the screenshot where his sythe profile is listed.

it says I_Destroyer_I on his profile and the same msn is listed there too, which in end proves my case
