Selling lvl 69 range pure has 99 range and mining skillcape (Paypal only no swaps)

Hello Sythe. This account was my own. I started it in about 04. He was a legit pker even oldschool and now i am selling him. He has lots of holiday items, and 2 skillcapes mining and ranged. BIT OF TERMS OF SERVICE: short and simple i have sold many 99 hunter acc's and i believe everyone went first to me so far.
