    Get known
    Do small MM trades
    Become trusted
    Be active

    Then apply ;)

    Well, first get your post count up. It counts, but remember: your post count is not your penis size.

    Get known.

    Sell of buy stuff and get vouches

    Put the vouches in ur sig.

    Make small MM trades, and go for bigger once people trust you.

    Apply.
