1) Why is the Name blurred out?
So Jagex cannot ban the Account

2) Why are random stats Blurred?
Jagex can search for an account with those exact stats and ban it. Blurring the Base number prevents that because the Top level could be increased from a potion, so they have no way of knowing if it's the actual level.​
