MSN client

Here's the deal:

Trillian = fail.

MSN can be frozen.

Anybody know about any MSN clients that are not fail?

 

i really dont get this could you explain. im interested.

 

Trillian is a client that allows you to use MSN, AIM, Yahoo!, and the IRC, all in one application. However, I really don't like the way it works. I'm also loathe to go back to MSN, since it's vulnerable.

That is why I ask if anybody knows of a better client.

I've been using Trillian on all my MSNs and it works fine - never had it frozen, and people have tried.

You could use meebo or Pidgin, those are the only other MSN clients I can think of.

 

SMR? your trill has never frozen? =/ mines frozen like 2-3 times alredy.

SMR, Trillian isn't freezing. I just don't like the way it works.

 

Try meebo like SMR said, I can't think of anything else. I never heard of pigeon.

 

I got one add my msn in sig.

 

I use meebo, works fine and keeps chat logs.

 

I used pidgen, has some rs emoticons i think.. like when someone says skillcape it shows skillcapes changing and stufff.. yea its pretty good i guess.. i use it.

 

None. I'm pretty sure they can all be frozen. The only one that has a chance is the old MSN client from what I heard. I don't know too many details about that but you should give it a try. Trillian has failed a long time ago. It's confusing, doesn't save your convos, and has no bonus besides the fact that it uses many messengers with one program.

 

It does log chats... and I haven't been frozen yet.

 

I've just downloaded Trillian.

It's fair to say, it's bloody horrible.

 

And why someone would have any use for rs emoticons is beyond me.
