[Paypal] Buying Maxed melee account, other skills dont matter [Paypal]

I dont have much time for rs anymore so I just want an account to mess around with in CWars. Please only leave a PM or a post if you meet the following:

-99 Att, str, def
-70+ pray
-50+ summoning
-RFD completed
-I can only offer paypal, so please dont bother asking for rsgp. I have none.
-I would be willing to go first only if you are trusted and you have plenty of vouches, if not, we can discuss an OMM.
-I do not want an account with a 2400 total and cb level 138, because I cant afford that.

If you have wealth on the account, we can negotiate an addition to the cost. If not, that's fine I dont need any.
