obiously not even worth like 15m more like 8m a/w cuz perm muted sucks on a last chance who would buy that there are plenty of acc;s are like llv 118 - 115 that have no bans and better skills and stats
 
the thing about a perm. muted is you almost never get black marks after. I got lvl 87 (kinda pur) whose perm. muted and he never gets a ban for the 6 months ive p[layed on him after he got perm. muted.

but ill give you a skiller and that lvl 87 guy i just taslked about ( has 25 days of membership) and 500k for this acc
