If this is true, and does happend RWT will still be in tack in a way. Trading with items. The cap of running into the wilderness with gold is 3k, just run in with a santa, die loose santa, opponent picks up santa wooh that's a 21m trade. People will also stay since you can now pk..

To clear up my idea, we use items to trade' not gp. So if player a wanted to buy like.. 1m, the seller would go in wild with the item, die with the item to the buyer, he looses whip, other gains whip.. You know a 1m trade there..

 

Unlikely in my opinion. I don't even see a post by Mod Mark. =/

 

I haven't checked this out yet, but, isn't santa worth more than 3k therefore you lose it? or is that just gp?

Why doesn't he just refer to the actual post by Mod Mark then? Although I think they are planning some way to give in slightly WITHOUT re-enabling opportunities for real world traders, I don't think Mod Mark has confirmed that and if it's true he would have gotten in trouble for mentioning it early.

 

Mod Mark himself posted the old wilderness will never return. Although it would be nice, it's fake. Sorry to dissapoint you guys.

I have found multiple Jmod posts saying otherwise.

I recall after the staking update, even the Jagex mods on the forums seemed to think that the 3k staking cap would be changed slightly. Nope...

It's not changing back. It's too late. I cannot think of a single time when Jagex actually changed its mind or *gasp* admitted to being wrong.

Also, people say the company will take a great financial hit with all the members quitting. I seriously doubt it. Probably only a few thousand players will actually quit, and I hear that much of Jagex profits comes from the f2p ads anyway.

 

I doubt this is real. Jagex would look like complete fools if they undid any of their changes. i doubt they would swallow any pride

 

there is some hope for real world trading i do no there are alot of player mods upset by this update i have 2 mod friends they may change wild and about the 100k thing in duel arena u cood stake 100k at a time for say a 1m trade. it would take a while but anything works
