This is aimed at the more experienced GFX artists; I know something about photoshop, but I can't seem to make anything I'm satisfied with.

Price:
1m for wearing rights. Negotiable for a good result.

Requirements:
No anime.
Render is optional, but if you use one, it should be female.
• If a Celebrity: Angelina Jolie, Alicia Moore, etc - someone with a reputation for attitude.
• If a Game Render: a goth, an angel, or a devil.
No color restrictions or size limit.
