Buying DDS, Mauler or F2P Str Pure!!

Basically the first thing that meets my reqs will be the one I buy if its f2p I'll turn it into a mauler then later a dds pure.

40-60 attack (61 is excepted but won't be priority)
75+ Str
1-31 prayer (nothing over 31 Please!)
1 def (2 will be excepted if the account is good enough)

I will not pay extra for mage lvls
I will not pay extra for range lvls
