[PayPal] Selling Level 4 w/ 9HP [Rare]

Well now that the guy who tried to scam me last time is gone (Sunkist) I will be re-selling my 9HP account with level 4 combat.

DESCRIPTION:
This is actually pretty awkward because I made this account in 2005ish, and trained it a bit in tutorial island, HOWEVER a year or two later I log in to find out it has 9HP. I know only Runescape classic accounts have 9HP but mine was somehow changed to 9HP in Runescape 2. This is actually supposed to have 11 HP due to its combat stats and level, but somehow it is 9HP, making it ultra-rare. Anyway, here goes...

Who goes first? Well since I got scammed before (Click on evidence next to 'sunkist' in my signature) by going first, I WILL NOT go first this time. I think I am more trusted now (check my vouches) so that shouldn't be a problem.

I just set them today, and know ALL of them and will give them to you, plus the ORIGINAL PASSWORD(s) (I am original owner) after the PayPal transaction goes smooth (I will wait a week or two to make sure you don't do anything stupid on paypal) I will however give you its' password right after I receive payment in paypal.

Other stats? As stated before this has enough combat stats to make it a 11HP but it is not. It also has one non-combat skill trained.

As you can see I really care about this account's security so I have "censored" many things in the picture.
