Not only does he have a hacks shop on Sythe which is reason enough to ban him:

I mmed a $300 dollar trade for him and TryhardLegit (vouches verifying the trade taking place are here http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=602922&page=2 ) and the little twat charged back the $300 dollars to Tryhard after even letting me on his paypal to complete the trade.

If that's not reason enough, I'll be uploading the proofs tomorrow along with my MM application.
