Selling Australian Paypal (Half Price)

Well I have an australian paypal that has been limited recently from someone charging back. I made about 5 transactions on the account and they all came back to me.

There is $40 USD on the account and I am looking for $20 USD. This is good for you because you basically get $20 extra dollars if you have debit/credit card, and a bank account you can use.

I have a method where once its in your possession it stays in your possession. You can put the money in your bank account and close the paypal so its never in use again or you can transfer the money and close the paypal account.

What can the people form the usa do with this? any way for me to withdraw the money out?
