Buying 100+ main with 30m+ on account.

Hey guys, I have heard this site is somewhat trusted and sell and buy runescape accounts with other members?
I dont know well how to do yet, but I added someone, and showed me how to tell if they are trusted and about scammers.

Now, I am wanting to buy a high level main with 30m+.
Only reason I want it, is because Dragon claws and a nice main.
I quit runescape and now want to get back into it, but lost my main long ago.

I am currently 19 and can drive to you if not far from me =).

I am mailing this money due to no paypal, or anything like that.
Will only go first to people with over 50+ vouches and over 700 post count.
Only reason is because real money, mailing, harder.

Either trusted person, or if you not we can do like this:
You give username and password.
You can have bank pin and store everything in it.
I will not change pass, you check every couple hours, if changed, recover it.
Not wanting recovs, but if you want for safety put them on there.
I can contact you by phone if possible, or meet you.
I am serious about this, so please dont be wasting time.

If like a highly trusted person can get in the middle of this and I send money to them we can do that way aswell.
