I need homework help I'm new to all this and I cant find the answer

If you could show the work that would be brilliant

x/7=5
x/4=6
x/7=7
47=6x=7x=8

If someone could give me the answers and shows work I'm willing to pay some Runescape gp.

 

x/7 = 5
Multiply both sides by seven.
x = 35

x/4 = 6
Multiply both sides by four.
x = 24

x/7 = 7
Multiply both sides by seven.
x = 49

47 = 6x
Divide both sides by six.
7.8333 = x

7x = 8
Divide both sides by seven.
x = 1.142

Yea what shredder said is all true. However, I dont understand the last problem, and would have to say undifined right?

47=6x=7x=8?

6x can only equal 7x if x is 0, but any form of x cannot equal 47 or 8 if its 0 >.>
