First off, I'm not accepting PayPal. I mainly use Western Union, and I will immediately decline your offer if you try to persuade me to use PP. I have had one too many bad experiences with it. Western Union, on the other hand, seems to be more secure overall from the few deals I've done with it.

I'd be willing to use an official MM, but I have no gold on RS as I'm selling him and quitting (I already had a drop party for a select few friends). If any fees are involved, I will be unable to pay them.

The account is level 93. He has access to RSC, and isn't a bad choice overall. I'm only asking for 20 USD so I can pay for a membership on another website.
