    Jagex said that they are going to give away there halloween holiday items a month early to a certain number of random people. (The said 5000-10000 people, but they do not know an excat number yet) But this is going to be sick. They haven't named what it is or anything, but they said it was definately something to look foward too. To know if you get the halloween item 30 days early, log in and check your messages.
