alright screen keeps closing!!!

alright heres the problem i couldnt get on client.silabsoft.org so i played runescape for a while but after i got bored of rs i did a system restore so i could play silabsoft again..so after the system restore i tried to get on silabsoft again and this time it didnt come up with error it just closed the screen...so i tried to go on rs again and it closed the screen -.- and i thought its because i dont have java downloaded! but when i went to download java it closed the screen..i dont know what to do now. i downloaded mozilla internet already and it didnt work please somebody help me.

ps. i have an acer computer
and 1 guy on here told me to format my computer and reinstall windows except i dont know how to do tht im not tht smart with computers so someone please help!!!

 

Virus scan?

 

Do a system restore to the time just before you tried to do the system restore you mention in your post.

Also, a virus and spyware scan might come in handy.

 

please stop spamming these forums .. many people have tried to help you..

 

1. Acer comps. BLOW
2. Don't do constant system restores for moparscape >.>
3. Reformat your computer with your startup discs.

 

reboot pc only tip i can give might aswell scan ur pc first u never know what comes up
