Brief guide: Brazilian Kick [How to w/video]

Hey guys, well I got bored sitting at home for the past 3 days without internet, I am at the library as we speak in order to get on. My comcast gets reset tomorrow morning, but I made this fun little thing in the mean time.

Basically I am here to teach you how to do a move called the Brazilian Kick. This is a move that you can use in MMA, kickboxing, Muay Thai, or any other combat sport that allows kicks.

If anyone has ever seen K1 or head of Glaube Feitosa, he is the god of brazilian kicks. You can see some examples of the kick performed perfectly in his highlight video, found here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQylRNuMXFI


Alright a few pointers with this move. First of all, you will want to stretch out well before attempting this. Do some jumping jacks, high knees, and butt kickers, as well as some dynamic stretching, before going into this. This move also requires some degree of flexibility to be done well.
