F2P str pure (first guide)

Before i start here are the items needed
Iron full helm
Iron plate
Iron kite
Iron legs
Ammy of power / Ammy of str
Iron scimmi
steel scimmi
mith scimmi
addy scimmi
rune scimmi

10 attke + str
Now first head to the desert bank and get out your armo and wep
and 27 gp.. head to the kabab shop and buy 27 kababs 1gp ea
now train on the level 2 men just out side the scimmi store
into 10 attke 10 str... you shouldnt have no trouble trainning there thx to the
kababs WARNING do not eat on 2 hp cause radomly some times you can get food poisoning and hits 2 damage

10 - 40 Attke + 10 - 40 str
Head to the monks great place to train on since they heal themself
and if your close to dieing u can run away come back and get them to
heal u =p

40+ str
now you got your attke to 40 thats done you shouldnt need
to level that no more unless your gonna be a p2p pure..
now head to varrok castle.. and train on the varrok guards yes they
do some damage since u got 1 def but its good xp

Ps .. for a qwick way from 1 - 20 attke.. do vampire slayer very easy if
u just use air bolt
