Reasons for me to pay higher:
-it's got prodded strength
-it doesn't have prayer
-it's got low range and mage (or a range mage level that doesn't effect combat level)
-it's got zeals
-it's got 55 slayer (will pay much higher if it has 55 slayer)

Reasons for me to pay lower/deny your offer:
-it's got defence
-it's got attack
-the range and mage levels effect combat
-it's got prayer(the lower the better, 1 prayer if possible)
-it's got a low strength level
-it's been banned for macroing

If an account is banned, you can not play on it. However, that is not what I said. People sell accounts with macroing minors all of the time,
I do not want to take my chances with an account if it has been banned. Clearly I am talking about previous bans, why would
anyone buy a banned account?
