well,i was chatting with some guy who claimed to be chinese,then i asked him to say something in chinese language but he refused and was like"why the fuck do i need to speak chinese to prove that i'm chinese?" then thorpe banned me -.-'

I'm sure there is more to the story than that. I would say that you pressured him into speaking a language which he didn't want to speak, this can be considered racism because he is Chinese.
