Selling level 65 for Mage OR Rune Miner

So, I've decided that for Christmas (or his birthday, both are in a couple months) I'm getting my brother a mage. I don't care about other stats all that much as long as it isn't melee based - non combats are preferred. Money on the account is preferred but not required.

I'll also take a rune miner (actually I'd prefer it) as long as combat level isn't much above 70-75 (lower is fine, actually better, down to level 3 really).

Sure, I'm a "leecher" but I'm not too interested in stealing anybody's account. I've had that happen to me and it sucks, I'm not one for so called "justice" and I wouldn't justify stealing an account because it's "fair". Did I mention that I'd go first?

I have a couple other lower level accounts, one has around 20 att and 20 def with mid 40s str and 50 range and a decent name (Recovering this pass). The other has a name that's a string of numbers and is overall a crappy account but it could become a rune pure pretty easily. (I have this pass).
