iso extraction

I want to make an iso image from a cd that I have.

What is the best and smallest program I can use for this task?

 

I like PowerISO. I don't know if it's free or not (I'm a peer to peer whore), but it's worked well for me so far. Just search for it on any torrent site.

My friend wants one too but he prefers to keep his *legal*.
