volviciwaterboy fakes vouches

1) the real vouches are from training 3-5k xp for somebody
2) half the vouch are from leechers(he probly made those account??)

reason i posted this:
he's spamming up pure and skiller sales cmb 1-59, and telling other people to go first because he has 25 vouches. I think that really proofs he is plannnig to scam somebody.
