Selling Rapidshare Premium Accounts Legit

Ok first of all hes selling "Phished" accounts.-ilegal. Second of all his methods are rediculous, first off we agree on $25 usd.. this is before I know their phished. then he tells me to send him cash, I say I;m nto going first.. then he constantly reduces the cash.. showing that hes desparate for cash. And hes also very unreasonable. Not recommended to trade with him.
