Lunar diplomacy quest isnt completed for veng, but all pre-quests required are completed and all skill requirements for lunar diplomacy completed, 60mining etc.

I am new here but honestly have got bored of playing on this account since making my new 1 def pure as all i really enjoy is PKING and as you all know making a zerker is very time consuming and ive just given up lol absolutely sick of quests.
