• over 130 combat lvl
• a few lvl 99 for skills (ie. not magic, range, strength etc) (preferable members)
• 99 for runecrafting and strength.
• 80+ dungeoneering (this is optional)
• Recovery questions and email removed
• over 2100 total level
• Happy seller
• bank doesnt need to have anything in it. 1m cash is a minimum.

I will not go first unless you're trusted. Vmm/omm should be used but only if u say so. (price will be deducted form total price) (50/50 is OK)
