This does not mean the account I end up buying I will be spending 1Billion on, Thats just my budget for an account purchase.

Ill sell you a level 72, it has the skeleton and pumpkin head on it aswell as grim reaper hood and reindeer. It's stats arn't much special but it's an old account, i can throw in a level 74 too which use to be a pure but it's still not much special... I'll sell them both for 50m or an offer you have.
