No need for that... I think it's pretty dull, boring, and you don't need much skill to be able to produce that work. I don't like the lighting or the text, and i don't know what that lines for as it does nothing to make it any better.
Well the colors aren't so grand nothing really grabs me about it, it lacks some good effects, and the shields effects are oversharpened. That good enough for you about why it's bad?
first of all ugleh comes form the gradient map, Get colors, key? Second, all you did was move a bar, wdf? and then the next is why the hell does a guy have a fetish about an abs commercial?
