When it comes to graffiti, any wall art, murals etc. (like in the picture you've shown) that someone has been given permission to do, or been payed to do, is totally fine. Though tagging, writing shit on others property or the councils property, or just vandalizing in general is just stupid, pointless and idiotic.

I mean think about it... You (or your parents or guardians) pay taxes right, and for graffiti to be removed by your local council it costs money, money which comes out of your tax dollars.

Great job idiot, you're paying to clean of what you have just written. I can't stand people like that.

Yes Your Completely Right. Tags And Throwies Done Without Permission Is Irresponsible And Plain Vandalism.
But Murals, Legal Walls Stuff Like That Is Completely Fine And Does Look Good When Done Right And Not Covered In Tags.

Lawl i tag trains since the place that is designated to raleigh is a tunnel on NC State campus. Right above the tunnel, the trains travel at about 5 mph. Train hop.

Haha naw man, these trains don't carry passengers. Mainly just transport goods. Half of them are like a mile and a half long so there is isn't really a chance of getting caught at all.
