Am I able to buy stuff online?

Hi everyone, I have a quick question. In this section it says you can ask about anything, so here it goes:

I have my bank account number and my social security number. Is there a way to register for PayPal or any other website like that to pay for RS membership, buy black market gold, or anything else online?

If you go to paypal, you can set up an account to buy things online.
I don't know if someone already mentioned this.

 

yea u need paypal to receive money and then a bank account so u can buy stuff

 

Found my routing number through the bank's website, signed up for PayPal and now awaiting my bank account's passcode to register in PayPal. ^^
