4 people is the max on a kv. Anyone who says 2 on a kv is laggy obviously doesnt have a jtag. I host almost every night and share out kvs everytime I host. There are always 4 people on my kv and it never gets laggy. If it is laggy with more than 2 people on it, its just your connection, put manual IP settings on your jtag and open the xbox live ports for that IP on your router.
