This guide is not a glitch, it is a commonly used method and it is in no way secretive either. All you do is use a House Teletab when you are about to die, hence, having your prayer, HP, and everything restored back to normal and if you die on your teleport, you die in your house and get spawned outside of your house with nothing lost. This method has been used ever since PVP has came out..
