I wouldn't even buy this, this person who's selling this "Intel Processor" is a FRAUD. Intel Processors can be easily Social Engineered. Giving him your address there is a HIGH chance that you'd get billed by Intel. So goodluck to whoever is buying from this user. You've been warned.

As for your ToS,
Your Terms & condition is quite flawed.

1. you will wait until the order can be ordered/processed

- Basically, you're saying that you don't have the item in stock.
2. all payments must be sent as a gift with a note attached with a message saying " I will not refund nor chargeback."

- The only reason someone would charge back if they never received the product. By sending you money as a gift with this message, we *probably* have no chance of recovering the money back if you did scam( no accusations here)
3. You may ask for a refund if the order is delayed , If I see fit, I will refund you.

How can a order be delayed if you have the item in stock. I think you should only sell on sythe if you actually have the item in your own possession. I simply only see a refund is issued if you are unable to deliver the goods ( Social engineering ). But you did mention that you have the items in stock, so there should be no problem ordering. Since all you really have to do is ship the item out to the buyer's address unless you don't have it in possession as you proved it yourself by saying its at your friends house . Which means that its under your friends possession.

 

The items are kept at my friend's house because the Fedex office in near his house. The items can be a delayed in the order if there is some kind of emergency which causes delay in the shipment of the items or if my car broke down or there is some IRL problem etc. there are MANY things like that. Usually, I ship the orders the same day, so you don't have to worry about it.

I'm still want pictures of the two item i specifically requested for proof so i know i aint wasting my time. I'm more interested in the 1 TB, 7200 rpm SATA hard drive depending on brand which you didn't list.. and the ssd which you didn't list as well for the brand/.

 

I do believe it is somewhat odd that the payment should be sent as gift with a no chargeback note or whatever you wanna call that.

You are selling an actual item, not virtual goods which could be easily charged back and whatnot.

I have to agree with Almond, that if someone charged back a payment it would be either because they really never received the item, or they are trying to scam. Now if you have the tracking and everything of the items you actually sent out, there is no reason to have to require it to be sent as gift for some sort of protection.

I might be interested in the i5 3.4ghz, looking into building a pc possibly. Could you please PM me what would the price for one be?
