Need 10m P/H Transfer Method

Okay, the deal goes like this... I either need a super legit person to transfer a great deal of cash from my main to my pure, or I need someone to give a legit, verified 10M P/H Xfer Guide.

If someone will transfer for me, no guide sold, then state prices, vouches, etc.
If you want to sell a guide, I need it verified by a mod, and I'm willing to pay well for it. I prefer something NOT GE reliant.
