This book will teach you everything there is to know about C++. It also incorporates some advanced general computer tutorials. It's a good tool for both beginners like myself and for people who already know C++. The book is split in chapters meaning each chapter is in different .pdf file for improved navigation.

C++ Primer Plus is THE ebook tbh.

K&R is a bit tearse for beginners imo
