Nominations for 4 new halfops!

Well, recently I have received numerous requests from people trying to become halfop because they are active, but have no active role in the forums. If I were to halfop all the active people in IRC, 90% of the channel would have power of the channel. Currently, 20% have power in the IRC Channel. We will be glad to raise this limit to 30%, where we are now taking nominations for the next 4 halfops. This will deter bias IRC promotions.

Josh had it before, and it was revoked because only staff and exstaff were eligible. That rule has changed now, so his halfop should have been reinstated. It wasn't, which makes this pole unfair.
