i have a main level 132. i got my bro hooked to rs and 4 months ago (he was playing for about 4 months before this happened) a person told him he will put money on his acc but he needs name and pass. i forgot to warn him about this. so he was reported acc sharing and rwt. on september 13th he is going to chicago for college and i would really love to get him a lvl 130 as a going away gift so on his free time we can both play rs.

the acc just needs to be 130+

other stats dont matter, i prefer no money so its cheaper but if it has 0-20mil..its ok

black marks are ok, BUT CANNOT BE MUTED so we can still talk to each other

i will offer up to 60mil*3-5 usd for each mil = 180-300 usd for the acc.
