1.0 - Introduction
» This guide is made to help you make your ess mineing time esier and more officent.

2.0 - What You Will Need.
Quests needed.
Mini quest: Zamorak Mage.

Supplys You need.
Pick axe
Ring Of Dueling
Food Any type.
Telly Runes.
Armour.

3.0 - Where to get Pouchs.
To start off go to edgeville, If you do not know where it is look at picture [1].
After that follow the rout in picture. The Rout is in red line's[1]. Meet with the zamorak mage and right click him and click teleport, Now go where there is a corner with alot of Tentikles Or have high defence and duke them out.Its the best and safest way to kill these monsters if you sit some where only one can kill you at a time. There are 3 types of mosters, they all have the same drop rate so kill the lowest lvl monsters for fastest way to get your pouchs.

4.0 - What you do
First off your hand should look like the one in picture [1].Grab your ring of dueling and pick axe and head to Yanille, use your ring of dueling to telly to castle wars and then walk there.Then go to bank and bank your ring and then head to magic guild and go inside it and teleport to the mine, after your hand is full fill your pouchs full of ess. Then walk back to the bank and put ess in the diposit box. The rout you need to take is on picture[2]and after that repeat.

Great method. I use this method, but I never realized i could use my ess crafting pouches to mine ess until recently.

I'm sure anybody with pouches who hasnt thought of this is smacking themselves on the forehead about now

I knew about this already, but I'm sure many people didn't know that you could use pouches.
Maybe you should add the runecrafting levels you need to use each pouch.

You forget to add that you need 66 mage and up to access mage guild. Other than that its great. I never mine my essence and didn't know there was a way to teleport to the mine from mages guild, untill now. I would rate it between 8/10 and 9/10.

hehe this is so basic.

yet - its easy on the eye and helps all newbs
You can also add - Tele to watchtower after watchtower quest completion.

Also - A cannon is a good idea for speeding things up when getting pouches...
summoning skill > abbysal creatures store ess

there is another creature that banks all the essence u have - but I dont have any experience about that.
