Well, I know that SMR is pretty busy and he can't review all of the applications singlehandedly so I'm just going to give my two cents on the last three that he hasn't review yet.

Synopsis:
He hasn't provided anything in the ways of sample besides some simple and literally pointless explanations on logical operators in java and such. He says he codes private servers which doesn't really mean much since coding private servers is easy and most of the time people just copy and paste the code to build one. I doubt he's a competent java programmer.

What the fuck is this? He says he know c and than posts a 10 lined html example which was poorly copied and pasted. Which I might even go to lengths to assume he thought was C.

Synopsis:
He looks like he's a pretty smart guy. Most of the stuff he posted uses basic programming skills though such as simple mathematical oparations and equations. I'd say the best bet is to have him post a more advanced application for review.
