I didn't block him. I sold him 40M, he went first but I found out that it says he is "Non-US Unverified" I asked him to send me the link to the seal of verification that Paypal has, but he just sent me the webpage to that page. He said he will send me a screenshot but I thought I'd rather have the direct link than a screenshot, because Paypal provides you a direct link to give to your customers. I said stay on line and once we get this mess fixed, I will refund him his $11, or give him 20M. Whichever he wants. i already sold him 40M and I am afraid that I will not be able to use my money because he is unverified.


EDIT: I just issed him a refund for his $11 back. Lesson learned, I need to check if they are verified first before selling, and I need to deal only within US borders.

EDIT #2: I still have 60M Left.

 

money is money youll be able to use it. unverified means that he didnt verify his address/name etc.

Well, I refunded his $11 back, but the 40M trade was still good. I just had a little bit of misunderstanding there. He said hes from Australia and thats how it is when you have a Australia Paypal account. We both just decided not to deal with each other for future references... 60M left. ADD ME ON MSN WHILE ITS HOT!


EDIT: For all that does not believe I refunded the $11, I can show you a screenshot of my account activity and the buyer can verify that as well.
