Ok, tried to buy a level 78 account from this guy. (linkage) http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=500842 (linkage) Right off the bat, he agreed to $15 and a level 32ish, might be 33 account with 63 woodcutting and some other skilling stuff. So we get on MSN and i asked for an MM right off the bat, he agreed, but then seemed as if he didnt want one because "none were available and he had to go in 20 minutes." THEN, he wanted me to go first, so i said whatever, knowing i could get the paypal money back if he scammed (didnt ask for claim and cancel...odd) all went fine. I sent the money, then he "couldnt find the text file with the login details" so i told him to recover them with what info he did know. It worked, then he had to go. So, here i am left with my new level 78, there were no recoveries, just members before, and he had the info so he could recover. Since i had gotten his account, I put in the recoveries to be set in two weeks. Then i sent him the details of the crappy account to him, including all old recovs and passwords. THEN, TODAY, i couldnt log onto the account i had bought, he logged onto MSN and i talked to him, he claimed to have had his Hotmail and Runescape hacked. I said "thats what they all say" and he logged out. THEN, later today, i was on my account and my friend was on, he noticed that my old account was online (crappy one), so i added him to my friends list (just started a RSBot noob) and began talking to him. He claimed he was a guy that had bought the account (this is the crappy one remember) FOR 5M LOL ROFL. Then he logged out.

I am in the process of recovering my old account and claiming on paypal.

Sorry i dont have proof of the chats, wish i had, thats the best i can do. I dont really care if I dont get my stuff back, just dont want more scammers on sythe.

PS - If a mod could edit/delete my vouch on that thread, that would be GREAT, he seems to have disabled editing.
