The name is bound to an account, so only that account can take the name. For us it shows up as banned, but the account which the name is bound to can take it when he wants.

 

So this implies that for some reason the guy who has the name bound to his account isn't even using the name...wtf.

 

Yes, he might be quitted. But he can take it back if he comes back.

Even for the owner of the account it's impossible to get it unbound, they assume u will RWT it
