Perfect Money found here http://perfectmoney.com/?drgn=1 is basically another service like Liberty Reserve. Since LR is closed people who still want to use that style of a payment processor are using perfect money.

I have $130 USD in my perfect money account and am looking to exchange it to paypal. I am willing to show full screenshot evidence of the money but I will not go first as PM payments are irreversible whereas paypal has a chargeback option so I think it's only fair.
