Buying Infernal Cape - Perm Ban / Two week ban?

Was wondering if anyone knows if it’s still a two week ban or if it has been changed to a permanent ban for first time offence of purchasing a Inferno Cape? Thanks for any replies and discussion.

 

I think its a two week ban. Not too sure though.

 

Ive heard if you get your cape through GP its normally 2 week, but if they find out you RWT'd it can be a RWT Ban + Cape Ban/Removal

 

99% sure it's two weeks. I know someone who paid for their cape with IRL money and lost it and only copped a two week.
